Very good location next to Nathan Road. Small but clean rooms with a small bathroom and air-condition. In some rooms the wifi-signal is not really good.

We stay 2 nights in Sealand Guesthouse. It just opposite MTR station if you come out from TSZ exit B1 & B2. Although the room is very small but it is clean. There is room cleaning service everyday.
