So glad we planned to stay at Raffles Beijing for our 30th wedding anniversary. The room is better than the photos, the location is amazing, the staff are wonderful, this Hotel is perfect in every way. Just wish we could stay longer.

We found the staff very friendly, but look beyond the facade and noticed the most of the carpets were dirty and had not been vacuumed, our room was shoddy, not to mention when arrived the lights, phone and some plug sockets were not working.
