We recently spent four nights at the Ritz Carlton, Bejing. The hotel was modern and beautiful. Our room was spacious and lovely; however, it was not very Asian and could have been anywhere in the world. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The food, while good, was not great, and it was expensive.
