Room on Exexutive floor was dirty, shower moldy. Halls and room smelled bad, AC didn't work, carpet dirty. I would rate this hotel 1-2. I had stayed in peak winter dec'09 with my colleague. The hotel is very well located, near the downtown shopping district. Tianmen Square and Forbidden City is on a walking distance. this hotel is not the cheapest you will find in beijing. however if like us you are not staying a month it does not really matter to much. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the concierge organised our train ticket to xi'an for us. which was handy with the language etc. china is probably not caught up with english...
