The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Rooms are dirty, damp and in need of repair. WiFi& internet is very slow and often not working. Breakfast is poor, I actually went round the corner to Jade Hotel and had a full breakfast and that was better value.

We stayed there in our first leg and the location is perfect. Right next to the Forbidden City. Rooms aren't that great though, pretty damp and not that clean either. One could hardly find a better location. Beijing is a giant city and the distances are vast. But from this hotel you can easily reach almost anything by foot - Tiananmen, the night food markets, the Forbidden city, shopping districts..... The rooms were clean, the staff spoke english and were extremely helpful. What more could one ask for?
