We spent 4 wonderful days at this wonderful bush camp over looking the Mara plains. Wild game could be seen from the many decks of each individual tented unit. The staff were excellent, catering and caring for our every needs. Our Guide "Patrick" went out of his way to find us Cheetah, lion and Elephant. Apart from this he was... More

We just returned after spending three nights at Hemingways Ol seki and I am overwhelmed by the experience. Service was fantastic. Game drives wonderful. WIld animals all over. Hotel better than many I stayed even though it was a tent! When we arrived at the airport five minutes away from the lodge we were immediately asked if we wanted to... More

Following a few days at Hemingways, Watamu, we went on for a three night stay at the magnificent Hemingways Ol Seki. On arrival at the airstrip, we were taken on a game drive and stopped for lunch under an acacia tree. The table and chairs were set out and a light luncheon appeared before us. Sitting beneath the tree, looking... More

We visited Ol Seki Camp, courtesy Kenya Tourist Board, in November 2012. We stayed in one of the most luxurious tented camps in the world. The main lounge with 360 degree views of the Mara Plains. The Family Suite also comes with its own Butler!! All this in the Mara?! Unbelieveable yet true. Excellent tents, excellent service, excellent cuisine. All... More

We went to Ol Seki Camp as part of our honeymoon from the 18th September - 22nd September. It was our first safari and we were totally blown away. We were picked up by our amazing guides George and Judy who greeted us straight off the airstrip with fresh mango juice and huge smiles. We were taken back to camp... More

Location: Located in the Naboisho Conservancy; an attraction itself, this tented camp offers easy accessibility, safety, comfort and tranquility. The Ol Seki Airstrip should be functional soon thus further enhancing accessibility to this gem. Site and Environment: The establishment is in harmony with the natural environment, with a great appeal and vantage in terms of scenery, flora and fauna. Hours... More

We had planned to see the migration, but it is late this year partly due to the amount ofmrain in Tanzania, and partly due to that country burning the grass near the border to prevent the animals from leaving Tanzania. However, the place is great! The tents are roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. Melinda is the manager and is accommodating... More

If you're looking for a place that stands out as memorable BEFORE you've even had a chance to stroll the grounds, this is it. Anyone with the money to spring for the private suites (I'm in love with the Simba suite) DO IT! Yes, I'm talking to you: honeymooners, double couples on holiday together, families... Of note are the private... More

The standard of service at Ol Seki is absolutely not what you'd expect from somewhere that is so expensive. The camp is located on a private game reserve; it offers daytrips to the Masai Mara, a good two hours ride away. We thought the camp was OK: the views are beautiful but the tents offer no privacy. Our biggest gripe... More

From the thrill of flying here in a tiny plane over the Rift Valley to the 3 amazing days of Safari we had in the Mara, I can heartily recommend this fabulous camp. The location is superb- in an elevated position overlooking the plains- telescopes are provided for game-spotting from the decks of the amazing tents. Beautifully appointed and tastefully... More
