We´ve been for the first time to this camp and it was an incredible experience. The camp is quite basic but it´s in one of the best locations in Masai Mara. We were able to see the big five almost every day thanks to our driver Bernhard who always went the extra mile to try to spot as much as... More

We just came back from a three night stay at Oloshaiki. It was really great and exceeded my expectations. The tents were great, the people were very helpful and kind and the food was excellent. The game drives were great. I would certainly recommend Oloshaiki if you´re coming to the Mara. Bernhard did a great job showing us all the... More

We live in Nairobi and have been lucky enough to stay in lodges and camps all over Kenya. Last weekend we wanted a trip to the Mara to catch the end of this year's migration, but didn't want to break the bank, so settled on Oloshaiki. The rates were very reasonable and a family of five were able to stay... More

This hotel is built and run by local Maasais. Living in there is a great experience chatting with the Maasais by the camp fire. The chef's most kind. One of my companions doesn't eat chicken or lamb and when the chef got to know about it, he cooked special steak meal at once for my friend. The rooms are big... More

A group of 8 stayed at the camp 2 nights and everyone enjoyed their time there. The staff was extremely welcoming took time to talk with us and show us pictures. Some of the staff including guards were Maasai men and always made conversation with us about their culture and lifestyle. Our Maasai guide, Jackson was incredible, led us to... More

28th-30th December 2011 We (8 people from Holland) had a great time in Oloshaiki. Good food, nice people, great lodges. Certainly a place to recommend to good friends that appreciate a wonderful place to stay. Pass this message on! Aard Vogels. The Netherlands

My visit in january 2012 to Camp Oloshaiki was a dream come true. The tents are very nice and specious and the bathroom was even bigger than mine at home... Very nice food and kind service. The drivers/guides of this camp are recommended as the best. In even one game drive we were able to take very nice pictures of... More

We stayed at this camp for two nights in mid-December. The staffs were super nice and we felt very welcomed. The food was quite good with a nice selection of African meals and European meal. The tents are well set-up with loads of spaces and nice bathroom. The generator is bit noisy but you quickly forget about it. My only... More
