Friendly staff especially the guards. Safe considering forgot my cologne in the room and called later, and was told to pass by and collect it. Very rare happening in most hotels. Shower was broken but was fixed in. A few minutes.

This place is so convenient for the airport, central Nairobi and the national park. It is very clean, the staff are nice and the food is good, albeit very very slow at the restaurant. Transport is easy to arrange with the front office and overall everything was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!

We took 2 rooms and both were clean. Breakfast was included which included cereals, toast, hot food, tea, coffee & juice. Staff were professional and friendly including the security guards.
