“Looks good but...!”

The staff is friendly, quick check in and out. In general, the hotel looks very nice and luxury, rooms are big enough, cable TV, comfortable bed, big bathroom, all is good until you reach the food, the room service food quality and quantity not according to the hotel and the breakfast buffet is terrible!

the Hotel is nice, the team is very friendly and what is important that it is far from the places which you may have problems , the location is very good , 30 min from the airport or less, near to city center and Nasr city. the staff was very helpful and understandin. keep it up.

I've been to dozens of hotels as external and internal customer and I've never had such an awful experience in my life , the stuff there is so disrespectful...when you go to the pool make sure that you are mean and tough with them as they will go rude and they wont respect your presence as a customer.... the waiting... “Sushi & More....”

I have been at this restaurant for about 10 times, and each time is a unique experience, thanks to Mohamed El Sherif, the Manager there, I never eat Sushi but they always have a good solution for second option food. Do not hesitate go there

Valuable infrastructure, pool, large pool garden, sports center, hair-care, sauna, jacuzzii, hammam, 6 or 7 restaurants (yes, incredible), good quality food. Personnel is very professional (but you better have your pockets plenty of petty cash for tips). We were taken to this hotel by Egypt Air when a coach load of us missed our connecting flights due to Egypt Air's incompetance. On arrival the duty manage was so rude, he obviously didn't want us there (perhaps they don't get paid because it's the national airline??). We were all put in rooms on the third floor, make sure... Excellent service and staff. For me the top hotel in Cairo. Always make me feel welcome. Facilities clean and rooms clean and comfortable. Been using the hotel on and off for 10 years and will always go back. Hotel offers a lot of choices with restaurants and food. All other facilities also very good.

I have stayed in alot of hotels and this hotel is rated in the top 3. Excellent Staff very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very clean, alot fo choices of different types of resturants and good bars, It is well worth the stay and I will being stay here again soon.
