I was there for 5days for business visit. Staff is friendly. And meals were good but not my teast.. Qualty of the room is excellent and room service is good. Power outlets not competitble with our region but you can find a convertor for that from the hotel. Overall hotel is excellent.

The Sheraton Metechi continues to maintain it's excellent quality of service to its guests. Good Quality, Good Location for the money. I would recommend this Sheraton. I have stayed at this hotel previously and have never been disappointed.

“Excellent facilities and great location”

A well appointed hotel with excellent facilities in a very safe part of Tbilisi - it even has an outdoor swimming pool which is great in the summer. The restaurants served everything from traditional Georgian to more orthodox fine dining. The staff are great and very welcoming. Overall an excellent business hotel!
