I have been in two hostels in Tbilisi and Skadaveli is the wonderful one. Lovely balcony with heartwarming atmophere. Quiet and comfortable room. Nice and supportive staff, Irakeli. Good location with very reasonable price. You can also taste the special atmosphere of the Tbilisi old town.
