Stepping into air conditioned comfort of the entrance to Mikhaels Hotel was a pleasure. The reception area was welcoming and the staff vey friendly. The Mikhael's Hotel is probably Brazzaville's best hotel for the moment. Luxury, service and nice rooms. However it is way overprized and lacks personal srevice or charater. I stayed for business purposes 5 days at Mikhael's. The room was clean and confortable although the bathroom has a very poor lightening and no hair dryer.
