Basic accommodation, but close to town and cheap. The staff are friendly, breakfast is basic (wheet-bix and fruit). There is free wifi and it's in a fairly quiet part of town. Sometimes the bus drivers will take you to the hooliday hotel by mistake, so make sure you explain it's near the kaviti.

The rooms were clean and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they were presented. It was close to town and we only caught a bus once when it was very hot. We looked around a lot and decided on VHH, it was very cheap and good value. Very basic but clean and tidy, didnt have anything really to complain about except the air con wasnt cold enough. Only draw back we found was that it was bit too far to walk to the beach for a swim.

When we stayed it was full of young americans who were loud and boisterous. The room was very basic so we paid a little more to have a little kitchenette, but really it was very basic. We still had a great time but it wasn't down to where we stayed, so I wouldn't recommend this unless you're purely looking for... More
