While the Lancaster House evokes the splendor of the Art Deco Era, it offers modern conveniences. The staff was competent and did everything to make us feel at home. The food was great in both restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. The extras were the access keys, weekly coctail party, and the pianist (wonderful touch to any hotel).

It had been at least a year since my last visit. Went back and enjoyed new decor in both restaurants, new access keys and enjoyed the weekly cocktail party. Nice to see the hotel continues to update and add services. Will certainly go back again next time in Bogota.

The service here is exceptional and the surroundings are very nice. The breakfast is excellent with a multitude of choices and the dining room is quite elegant. Checked in late at night, they had a bellboy brought our luggage up and showed us the room. Our room had a nice kitchen, living room, and a separated bed room and a bathroom.
