The moment you enter this hotel you feel very welcomed. The hotel feels very luxurious & indeed you feel treated like a queen. The staff are not only very nice but also very proffesional in their approach All in all we had a great time in this hotel and will certainly come back again.

The downside first: Etihad Towers are a group of skyscapers. Two of them is not completed. The hotel is OK, but there are building sites all around it. The lift lobby and lifts are a work of art and the lobby boasts one of the world's most beautiful carpets as well as some pretty spectacular chandeliers.
