Hotel has the worst acoustical treatment. Almost every day there is PARTY at Ground floor hall, the vibration of sound system could be felt within closed rooms. Impossible to sleep. the first thing that strikes you is...no one smiles in this hotel! the first room in was allotted seemed okay , till the split a/c conked off after 5 minutes (all rooms are equipped with split a/c's) the hotel doesn't seem centrally airconditioned. i was offered another room.....much smaller one, smelling of cigarettes. requested housekeeping to spray some air freshner... Currently staying at the hotel.The staff are good but today afternoon i asked them to make the room.Cam back after 2 hrs the room was still not made. However remaining things seem to ok. oh the tv channels suck... they only have arabic channels, one english channel BBC and one cricket channel

Easy check in, great rate, but just a bit sad now. This hotel was obviously nice at its peak, but now just looks shabby and sad. The staff are nice and helpful.
