We went with alhidayah travel and was sold this hotel as a 4 star then found out that it actually is a 3 star hotel with family it was a terrible experience location was very far from the haram and hotel was very cramped

This hotel was bad the TV wasn't clear, hair brush was broken and old Furniture. Ten minutes walk to the al hraam Mosque, There is a bus from the hotel transfer to the al hraam.
