Stayed for 2 days in June 2012 and was satisfied. Five minutes walk to Haram (10 minutes to get inside), quick checkin, no elevator issues compared to many hotels in Mecca/Madina, convenience store in the reception, spacious room with Haram corner-view, AC in good condition.
