Salam...good hotel...good food...good location minutes walk to king aziz entrance. Easy check in and check out. Nice ambiance with the smell of gaharu aroma from the gift shop nearby. but internet not so fast have to be in the lobby to get better signal

Very very convenient in terms of distance to Haram and Service. The food spread are superior. Lifts are efficient. They have their own mosque. 1 thing Probably they can improve is security measure.. May be a security card to go the rooms.

I like the location,near to King Abdul Aziz Gate and the entrance of women area. The room of double occupancy is small. The hotel is located in Al Safwah tower.so plenty of food being sold at this tower. If you are Malaysians, you can find D'Saji Felda in this tower.

Stayed at Dal al Ghufran. Great service and facility. Convenient location. Easy access to haram and prayer hall. Breakfast has a lot of choices for everyone. Staff was very helpful. Definitely stay there again.
