It is not fancy, but we liked it. Food was good and enough, breakfast nice, room with pool view and evening entertainment perfect! what else would you need? Spa crap...dont use it and if you do ask for a female therapist for a lady as man likes too touch everywhere too much

I can't believe this is a supposed 4-star hotel. We spent four nights here and experienced broken and tatty furniture, poor food and the most appalling service. The rooms were of a good size but with broken fittings and worn-out, threadbare furniture. Two of our small group had rooms in which the patio doors had broken latches so did not... More

Our small group arrived very excited to be at the Dead Sea expecting a four star experience. This hotel did not live up to it. Maybe it has the amenities to call it 4 star but not the quality. We were initially put in bungalow type rooms that surely were part of the original hotel. They seemed not to have... More

The key to our room didn't work so we were given another room at the back with a great view looking over to Israel. Really clean &... More

There are many spaces for relaxation such many sofas, three swimming pools, fitness, gameroom for children and bar. All of the surrounding is very impressive. The rooms is wide, clean and well designed. The amenities are good. There is the big mirror in... More
