Absolutely loved our stay for two weeks at the hotel ! Perfect location, balcony with view over the beach, nice breakfast and very nice staff. If I ever return to Tel Aviv again I will definetly stay at Golden beach hotel :)

Stayed for a couple of nights at Golden Beach, based on a decent rate from Booking.com. The photographs are definitely not as pristine as the actual rooms which have seen better days. We went on february. Nice weather at Tel Aviv. it is true that the hotel is located right at the beach, not a nice hotel inside. The day we arrive was Shabbat and nobody help us with the luggage. This hotel charged us 90-100 euros (variable rate) per night for a double room and breakfast - far too much! Although the room was large, it was grubby, with cracked laminate flooring, dirty paintwork and windows. The bathroom was tiny, with very old tiling and fittings. Location is great, but the rooms are smelly, shower is small and dirty, I am sure there are much cleaner and better hotels for the money. I would not recommend this place even to my enemies. I don't know how management even consider to keep it open in such a terrible condition D. Chicago, USA

When we arrived at the hotel we were pleased but after staying one night we noticed how dirty the whole room was. Although we had booked to stay for three nights we had to cancel the final night and find new accommodation as we had found numerous large cockroaches in our bathroom. The only positive was the breakfast and location.

if you like home made food, try the bucharian AYEKA restaurant next to the hotel, it's very good!
