Galileo is a small basic hotel with the most helpful friendly patient staff, and I mean – THE MOST! Its location is perfect – 10 min away by bus or mini-bus to the main bus station and to the train station from where trains go to airport. The way from hotel to airport terminal took me about 40 min. Shops,... More

Although reasonably priced for Tel Aviv and perfectly clean, comfortable and adequate for our overnight stay our room was quite small and might not work so well for a significantly longer period. Found Reception staff helpful and obliging and the breakfast voucher arrangement with a local cafe completely satisfactory with omelette, toast and decent coffee provided. Handily located and within... More

Location, location, location! This place is situated close to the beach and good shopping streets, so it's a great place to stay if you wish to explore the city. The room was of a good basic standard, and we had a small balcony in our room too. We also loved the roof terrace. In our experience the staff was really... More

It´s rather pretentious to call it a boutique hotel. It plays more on the hostels side, without the advantage of being a budget place. Of course, Tel Aviv is a expensive city. The location is the best advantage in staying there. It´s walking distance from the beach and very close to the market. They don´t serve breakfast in the hotel.... More

Visited the hotel in Febuary for the second time and again we felt very comfortable. We sayed in a TWIN room #106. The room was equipped with a fridge, safe and coffee making facilities. For 2 persons the wardrobe seems a bit small and also the storage place in the room is quite low. The orange modern arm chair was... More

...we only had 3 days in Tel Aviv, but the cosy place made our stay very agreeable, friendly staff, helpful dinner tipps, market around the corner, roof top terrace, rooms a little bit small but nice and the bed was quite ok.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days with our 2,5-year old daughter in the beginning of January. Unfortunately, we hit terrible weather in Tel Aviv with heavy rains and low temperatures, so our general impressions may be disrupted. The hotel is very well located, in the central Tel Aviv, close to the Carmel Market, Dizengoff Center and the sea.... More

Galileo is a cute little hotel, located very near to the Carmel Market and only about 4 blocks from the sea. It's a bit far from the bus/train station- you will likely need a taxi if you have just arrived and don't know your way around. It's not located on a main road so a bit difficult to find the... More

This hotel is not bad for the price, taking in consideration how expensive Tel Aviv is. Staff was great and helpfull. Location is good if you are into bars. There is a market near by an the breakfast cafe is great. There is no lobby, so if your flight arrives very early in the morning be prepared to hang out... More

I needed was a sleep-over before meeting my Pilgrimage group at Ben Gurion Airport the next day. I'll admit arriving at midnight in a taxi made me wonder if I had arrived at a real dump. But voila, it proved dinky, yet cozy and clean. When daylight struck, I saw a delightfully painted & refurbished hotel in the neighborhood of... More
