We had an Executive Floor room with balcony. The balcony was great providing only one person at a time uses it. It was the smallest excuse for a balcony that we ever saw. We stayed six nights at this hotel while on a tour of Israel and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast and dinner buffets were most ample and delicious. We stayed here four nights and would say it is the best of the hotels which we stayed in Israel. The breakfast and dinners were all very good. The service is a little slow but better than most. Free wifi which is very good. The neighborhood is very nice with nearby parks. Would highly recommend!

I travel alot. This is an excellent hotel. The facility is top shelf: the room was large and comfortable and the bathroom spacious and modern. All good. But it is the service that will bring me back. I've liked this hotel since it was the Laromme 30 years ago. Its easy access to the Old City, the Ben Yehuda Mall places it in a great location for those who like to walk Jerusalem... the new Mamilla Mall, and the upscale shops in that Mall and on King David St. are fun
