“A good choice”

Very central location – just a short walk from the Damascus gate in old town and from the tram stop in Heil HaHandasa. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could be better thou, but if you love yughurt and hummus I’m sure it’s okay.

“great Locale near old city Jerusalem”

I booked this hotel as a four star on hotwire at a great price. My expectations were moderate given the price. I figured that $70 a night for a decent hotel within walking distance of the Old City was a great deal. The hotel really outdid itself for us. From check in with Jay at the front desk to checking out four days later, our stay was terrific. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Damascus Gate. It is an easy walk and passes by the Garden Tomb, which is a wonderful spot to visit on one of your walks to the city. The breakfasts were hearty with eggs, sausages, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and more. The service at breakfast was also exceptional. The rooms are spacious. We ended up in a two room suite. I am not sure all rooms are of this size, but it was wonderful to have such space.
