My wife and I were with family at this hotel for the Shavuot Holiday and had all or meals at the hotel. The food plan for the Holiday was rather expensive but I don't think you can put a price on a family holiday, so we went for it. “Very nice & clean hotel, staff seemed a bit off the mark”

I would have given this hotel a 5* except for the fact that I found the staff to be unorganized; they seemed overworked. “Nice hotel”

Just return from Israel a week ago and stayed at this hotel. The location of this hotel allows you to walk to the old city, the shopping mall, restaurants and lots of other places of interest in Jerusalem. Very accommodating staff, the food is great and lots of it. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
