The hotel is good, restaurant work well, but the parking service is average and it's very difficult to rent a bike..Warm, welcoming, and distinctly ,Mamilla Hotel is convenient and comfortable for families and guests of all ages. Relax by the lobby’s signature fireplace, swim in the indoor pools, and choose from five unique restaurants.

spent a weekend at the mamilla hotel in Jerusalem and it was amazing !!! Excellent service, super attentive staff. and amazing view to the holly city. The rooms were very clean and the staff were professional, I warmly recommend this hotel !!

I spent a weekend at the mamilla hotel in Jerusalem and it was the best weekend ever!!! The hotel is fancy with excellent service and amazing view to the holly city. The rooms were very clean and the staff were professional, polite and caring. In conclusion I warmly recommend this hotel !!

Very well located, walking distance to the Jaffa gate, old city, restaurants and lots of other things. Excellent service, super attentive staff. Concierge was incredibly helpful. Excellent food, cleanliness and quality of rooms.

We stayed at an Executive Suite, which is basically a normal sized bedroom (about 25 sq meters) and a huge bathroom. Just imagine a rectangle split in 2: bedroom on one side, bathroom on the other, both separated by a glass wall with a "liquid crystal screen" that you switch on and off to block the transparency of the glass.... Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully furnished. Service wonderful. Views not great. Food well presented, huge variety over pesach . The regular rooms are tiny and unpleasant so if possible get an executive room or a suite. Gym is fantastic. New equipment .quiet. Spa sensational. Position couldn't be better f A real treat to stay here.
