Looking for a staying option in Selcuk, this was ok. It's in a little side street off the main road so parking is a bit of a pain since we had to hunt around for a spot. They say it's walking distance to Ephesus but take your transport if you have it. The rooms were ok - slightly damp. Tiny... More

Good staff, very helpful and friendly, the location was right downtown very close the the castle, St. John's basilica and the museum but is smelt very bad and was very small. The rooms were very simple and cramped. The bathroom was really dirty and stinky. There was a simple rooftop breakfast though.

I wish I could give this hotel a better review as the guys who run it are very nice and helpful, but there are just too many dealbreakers. Shower was the kind where the water flows all over the bathroom floor, as the drain is actually under the sink. No hot water in sink. Low glass shelf above sink makes... More

Value for money is what I expected having read other revues. Room was smaller than I imagined but very clean and bed very comfortable. A really excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace with great views. The family owners really make this a truly friendly and relaxed environment. Don't even think of carrying your own cases up or down the stairs.... More

I can't believe this place is ranked so high on TA. It is NOT good. We decided to splurge and go for the castle view room and what we got is a room on the first floor, so small we hardly had room for our luggage, rickety furniture and a disgusting bathroom (see pictures) that I had to wear slippers... The owner was very helpful. There was a mix up in our reservation and the staff went out of their way to put us up at a nicer hotel (for the same cost), move our bags and drive us back and forth. They made sure everything was ok at the other hotel checking on us every day. We eventually stayed... More

Great location. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were fine for the one night to see Ephesus. They hold your luggage for no charge and gave us apple tea to take home. Would stay here again if I come back to selcuk. Free wifi was nice. We left a $5 Canadian bill on their money wall which was cool to... More

This hotel is very ideally located. It is 5 minutes from the Train Station & 10 minutes from the Bus Station. Plenty of restaurants close by. Fort & Ephesus are also close by. The standard room was very standard and the bathroom small. It was generally clean. The best thing about the hotel was its Breakfast. They served Fresh Orange... More

This hotel is a 60 second walk from the train station, and a few minutes from the bus station. If you ask them how to get there from the airport, they will set up a very expensive taxi service (which you pay for at checkout, so I assume that they get a cut). Do not do this if the train... More

We cant think Urkmez Hotel as na hotel, it's more a guest house/pension we have stay in room 202, two bedrooms, two bathroom with shower ( it is a family room) The hotel is quite, even fully booked. One of the bath room had some flooding problems. Hot water... you need to be pacient to find the right temperature (too... More
