One of the worst hotels I have stayed at - smokey, horrible rooms; not helpful staff; other hotels guests who don't seem to have ever stayed in a hotel before and shout from room to room to get each others attention; noisy. The only thing going for it is the location. My advise - look for another hotel

The worst service ever, combined with extremely rude & hostile staff (specially the front desk officers) managed to totally spoil our trip. I'd never recommend this filthy place for anyone who is planning to visit Istanbul. You can find much better places at the same price rate or even cheaper.

Dirty, filthy would be the the words could summarize this hotel. There were traces of "sex" on our bed, and when we complain about it, they said, our workers made a mistake, what can we do. Never recommend this prostitution house, if you are not looking for a cheap leisure.
