One of our favorite places to stay because of the friendly service of our host Capuccino. Many nights we were up on the rooftop terrace drinking and watching the fantastic views with him. Even when we had to book another hotel because this was booked out on our return we still visited the terrace and to say hi to staff.... More

Just a few hundred meters from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful with transports and some luggage issues we had at the airport. Breakfast was very good and the view from the balcony patio was even better.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Best breakfast in Old Town Istanbul on the roof overlooking the Bospherous Strait, fresh squeezed OJ, rooms of adequate size, reasonably priced, and very, very friendly and helpful staff. It's situated on a side street within walking distance of many restaurants, bazaars, major sights, etc. Happy hour on the roof every... More

We stayed here last summer and again a couple of weeks ago. Sebnem Hotel is a perfect spot for us.. very relaxed and low key. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with many homemade cakes and cookies. Drinks are also available for purchase and the rooftop stays open late. The gentleman who runs the upstairs is wonderful.. Fresh fruit at... More

Stayed there with my Mum for 4 nights in April 2013. Booking by email was nice experience, super friendly and efficient. Airport transfer was fine but was a bit disappointed when we arrived as the twin room was quite cramped for 2 people, and not much surface area to put stuff. Kept hitting head off shower door it was that... More

I stayed at the Sebnem with friends on their first visit to Istanbul and Turkey, and couldn't have asked for a better place for them to enjoy some good, friendly but not overwhelming Turkish hospitality. The breakfast was excellent and beyond expectations while the breakfast rooftop area (even on wintry days) was a great place to relax and plan the... More

Close proximity to tourist areas, staff is super helpful and attentive, clean rooms, lovely rooftop deck for day or night use, wifi & laptops available for use at no extra charge, breakfast included, and airport service available for extra fee. The outdoor noise can be an issue, but you should expect that given the number of bars/restaurants in the area.... More

This was a very nice place to stay. Sebnem Hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and Haggia Sophia. They have a shuttle from the airport for 25€ that was very convenient given our flight times. The breakfast was great especially since it was include with the room. I have already recommended this hotel to our friends.
