The staff are kind and the location is great. However, my bathroom was not clean when I arrived and had been used immediately before my arrival! My room was on the first floor at the check-in counter; very loud, unable to sleep. At 1:00am, there were four people sitting just outside my door with the hotel staff talking and laughing...
