The hotel is good situated in Istanbul, nearby grand Bazaar but on a street with a lot of traffic - in the night can be unpleasant. The staff is average pleasant and helpfull; it could be better in a town like Istanbul.

First time I've been to Istanbul , and what an amazing city. I found the hotel very clean , modern with a great location, The Hotel staff were all wonderful, Hakan on reception was especially helpful , and always polite and friendly, made the stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Istanbul.

Good value for price, breakfast week; just deli & omelet no local food no espresso cafe. Rooms are clean tidy, well equipped but small. We reserved economy room but granted with room with window to sea, room was 99€/night is a little bet expensive.
