The rooms need renovation (especially bathroom which is terrible). Poor breakfast unlike other turkish hotels. We ordered a transfer from the airport but it didn't come. Some rooms look to the street and others to the backyard and fire escape. But very good daily cleaning. Friendly staff. Location is good for walking in the old town.

Excellent staff and a great breakfast made this one of the most memorable places I've stayed at. Good size rooms, cleaned daily. Close to the Serkeci station so very convenient location. Spotty wifi but I didnt go to Istanbul to surf the net so not an issue for me.
