What has been described in previous comments is true: outstanding position, clean rooms and good breakfast. I would also add friendly staff, available to solve any inconvinience. On the other hand, there is no elevator and rooms are acutally not that big. Also materases could be renewed. There is the possibility of some small noise, being in the Sulthanamet.

If you have a lack of sleep, I would not recommend this hotel though. Our bed was terrible. One could feel the springs in the back when turning over. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. It's very difficult to find a hotel in Europe that can accommodate a family of 5 and this hotel was a great find. The rooms are very clean, however, the bed should be replaced soon. The beds are very hard and you can feel the springs, but this is my only complaint.
