Professional, very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is perfectly situated. Nice outdoor pool area. Close to the ocean, the train station and the fort quarter. Great panoramic windows in all guest rooms with few onto the ocean, lake or religious monument.

The Colombo Hilton is very good value for money located near the Trade Centre and newly developed Dutch Hospital. The hotel caters for a great variety of needs. Friendliness of the staff is clearly a strong point and the food is excellent.

we stayed at the hilton hotel last week our suite had a dirty sofa, stains on the sliding doors,cob webs on the ceiling. cold water tap in the bathroom about to come off. i orderd for our arrival a box of 24 chocolaits they did not arrive during our stay,plastic left on part of my meal in spoons restaurant.
