I've been in the Ramada during 3 days, for a business trip... Everything is very clean, restaurants offer a good quality and variety (local/international). I didn't have the opportunity to go to the swiming pool, but some colleagues did and liked it... Cons: location of the hotel. In the "old" Astana, there is nothing around.

Hotel is located almost in the centre of old town. Pretty huge but the as the hotel was construced long time ago the rooms are not very modern. Breakfast and bussiness lunch is fine. This hotel well located. Of course it depends what you really want to do but from there, in a few minutes of taxi you will reach you destination. Without comparing it to the other hotels, I think it is nevertheless very expensive. For the high rate you have a comfortable room, a wifi access and a free of charge breakfast.... More

Good comfortable hotel. Room was nice and clean. Perfect timing of houskeeping service. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Impressive SPA with several saunas and massage rooms. Didn't use gym, but was looking nice. A bit expensive.

Was so nice to stay in your hotel!! Staff is very friendly and ready to help 24/7! Front desk staff is simply excellent!! Superb!! The one and the only is the aircondition was not working well.. But it was fixed in a minutes!! Breakfast is very good!! Sure, will stay again!!
