The hotel is ten blocks away from the action. Is ok, but it has many stairs and no elevator. Poor breakfast. The rooms is nice but the towels were crap. Staff just ok, some of them are nice, some are not. One guy from the front desk arranged a tuk tuk to take us to the bus that was going... More

Very good location right by central market. Very nice room, but very poor breakfast. There was building work going on whilst we were there (fitting a new lift) which didnt affect us. However a warning to those with small children, we were on the 7th floor and the lift shaft was left open and not barried off or no signs... More

The hotel is just a short ride in a tuk tuk from the river and main attractions. If you want to be away from the hustle of the river this was really nice. The staff is very accommodating and the included breakfast is adequate to start your day. The rooms are very large as is the bathroom. The elevator is... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the Diamond hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were huge and well appointed. Great breakfast included. Elevator is small but they were building a new larger one when we were there. Tuk Tuk to the river area was only a couple of $.

Nice but dated hotel, used by a lot of our groups. The location is a bit far out from town. Although it's on a main street, the only nearby attraction is the central market. Anything else - the palace, riverfront, temples etc - is a tuk tuk ride away, though it's only a dollar per person. Our room overlooked the... More

Stayed here for two nights. It was ok with an average breakfast, free wifi and quite large rooms. The hotel is dated and elevator is very small and slow. There are renovations in progress to address these issues. You may wish to find something closer to the attractions and restaurants on the river as this is about a 20 minute... More

This is a hotel for group tourist ok... if for honeymoon, romance and business trip..I think please skip it. I feel a good service only but the room that I stayed was named luxury type... I think just a big size only. Interior and bathroom are quite lower than I expected

The hotel was under construction when I travelled to Phnom Penh. The elevators were extremely small and slow, but I think they were constructing new ones, which will be good for other guests. Rooms were spacious. Comfortable pillows. Beds were a little hard. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty decent. These guys had a chef making omelettes and eggs... More

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room for a budget hotel. Very close to Central Market and not that far from some major sites like the national museum, either on foot or by tuk tuk. Hotel is still under renovation and they were working in the hallway on my floor, but I noticed they'd thoughtfully stuffed towels under each... More

Stayed there 2 nights and from the moment I pulled up to the door, the porter was out like a flash, reception had all the deatils quickly and the porters talk my luggage to the room>This was done with smiles from all. When I wanted to tip it wasaccepted gratefully. The room though old dtyle, was clean, quiet and comfortable.... More
