Small but cozy. Staff very helpful. Very close to royal palace and silver pagoda. No elevator and stairs spiral, kind if difficult to navigate. Helps with arrangement if ride. Breakfast is good. There is a local market just I. Front of the hotel, I was weary though of going out at night so I stayed in my room.

Very stylish, clean and well located. The three of us had a two-room suite that was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Every time I visit Phnom Penh Hotel 9 is the only place I'll stay. Franco and his staff make you feel like family. The area is much quieter than the riverside area but still close to every thing. Don't miss the happy hour!

Even we stay only one night. We impress Nine Hotel as convenience place and kind hospitality management. Advise to add brower, inside shower room curtain or door to protect water out move refrigerater out of cloth keeping area due to some inconvenience to use.
