I have used this place three times now and every time it gets better. The friendly open area serves delicious cocktails, helpful staff, fun games, lovely network of Khmer/American/Australian staff. When I picked Mad House I didn't really expect too much. The location was a bit tricky but it seemed pretty famous among tuktuk/ motodops drivers anyway. Tip: tuk-tuk drivers still know Mad House by it's old name of "The Local" Location was out of the way near Russian Market which was a 20 minute tuk-tuk ride from the centre. I would recommend the Mad House to anyone staying in Phnom Penh, the location is in a nice quiet part of town with easy access to the riverside and the main tourist sites thanks to many Tuk Tuk's or Moto's in the area.
