During our trip in Vietnam and Cambodia we stayed in 7 different hotels and this is the only one I would not recommend. The rom was nice but we were put in a smoking room with a TV that didn't work. This hotel is very conviently located,clean and the staff are very nice. The rooms are a bit small and don't have windows. We quite liked the breakfast. It's not a lot of variety but it's a mix of Vietnamese and western food.

I love this place. It's a low budget hotel that has very high standards. I have stayed here four times.The service is good and it is great value for money. I stayed there for few days in Oct 2012. They charged me for the dirty towel, I also lost my favorite shirts because of laundry. The sink was stuck forever. Thanks God, I will never stay there again. Crossing the street to get a taxi was terrible. I do not recommend you to stay at this hotel at all.
