I spent one week in this motel with out a doubt the best motel i have stayed in there assistance,understanding, communication was first class. There massage and hair salon was terrific with committed staff made my stay with my girl friend that much more pleasurable I will be back thank you

Great Hotel, my wife and I stayed on the 23rd floor with superb views of the city. This gave us access to the executive lounge on the 24th floor. They had a fantastic happy hour every day with amazing nibbles and free Wi-Fi.... the Wi-Fi was clunky , but fine when you got used to the logging on and off... More

During our 16 day stay at the Windsor Plaza, HMC in December 2012 we were treated like family. Our favorite staff/server was Nguyễn Thị Kim Oanh.
