We stayed here 3 nights and it does everything it says it does. The rooms were always clean , breakfast good, and the staff really helpful and friendly. The location was great for us being near the old district. We arrived a day early and were put up at a sister hotel close by.

Good value for the room rate for its friendly and ever-helpful staff (to mention particularly Mr. Truong, head of the Reception). From an offered warm tea on a cold day, to the simple errands of buying a local sim-card to accommodating money exchange. Arranging local tour destination with them is simple. Convenient location for shopping and city center sightseeing.

We booked this hotel after seeing it on expedia and trip advisor. Found staff to be helpful and eager to help. Breakfast is good and once we got the heating to work were comfortable in our room. Would come back again.
