when we got to the hotel they did not have the twin we booked. They then tryto put us into a double. I told them not ok as I was with another male( a mate) so they found us another hotel and moved us back the next day. That room did not have working a/c so again we were moved.... More

The staff really tries hard to be helpful. Lobby is a little cramped when they are trying to serve breakfast which by the way is ok. I stayed in Thaison Hotel for 5days in the January for the first time. Their location is in the heart of old quarters ,their room was very clean and quite ,their service are really nice and sweet :) people here are very friendly ,they puts out a complementary breakfast everyday with local and continental food .

Very friendly, accommodating staff. The staff puts out a complementary breakfast everyday with local and continental fare. You have easy access to any part of the old quarter if you stay here. One block from a popular sticky rice restaurant.

The hotel staff were very friendly and sorted out tours to Sapa and Halong Bay for very reasonable prices at short notice. The room was great with soft beds, a proper shower cubicle and very clean. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Only complaint was patchy wifi but otherwise excellent.
