Modern rooms with lovely bathrooms, with waterfall style showers! Reception staff excellent, very helpful. Really good location. I wasn't so impressed with breakfast though - okay Asian style but next to no Western options.

A bit noisy with d motorbike horn each morning , street not so clean but food is good if u know where to find good Vietnamese food. Coffee & ice cream was excellent . Must go to halong bay and put a nite there even though a bit far from Hanoi but very beautiful .

The location alone makes it worth a stay - It's right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep so you can walk around.
