“Excellent service”

Good friendly helpful people. Very efficient. Did all our bookings which made life easier. Rooms were tidy and clean. Price is good. Location is handy to restaurants, bia hoi, shops. Easy walk to the lake. It's interesting walking around the neighbourhood.

Close to everything, comfortable and clean, reasonably priced and absolutely fantastic staff ! Tony and his hostel team are surely the most friendly and helpful people we met in Vietnam ! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will go to Hanoï !
