the room were clean and very comfortable, my family really enjoyed.. location easy walking distance, we will take this hotel if we come back to hanoi.. The staff very friendly.. Breakfast served very good and the taste very good..

Perfect localisation, right in the center of the old town, walking distance to the water puppet show, Some rooms with jaccuzi, bit tidy but nice. Breakfast ok, staff helpful. We absolutly recommend you to AVOID THE MASSAGE. They have no knowledge about how the good massage should be.

I love this hotel.. Not only the rates are affordable, the rooms are real clean and the receptionists were all real helpful.. the breakfast serve at the restaurant in the hotel were very nice with traditional Vietnamese cuisine. not forgetting the restaurant location in old quarter is very accessible to all the places.. I will definitely go there again

Our hotel is located within the Old Quarters of Hanoi. The service was superb, the room generous and the staff friendly. I would say they exceeded our expectations as they learned it was my birthday (from looking at the passport) and surprised me at breakfast with a cake!!!!

We have stayed in the Sunshine Suites hotel on and off for the duration of our time in Hanoi and it has been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is clean and fresh and it is in a really practical spot. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here in the old quarters from Hanoi , close to everything. Rooms are small but that they all are in this area because of building restictions. Staff was verry helpfull esspecialy on the last morning when the transport did not arrive. I would recommend this place if you look for a hotel in the old area of Hanoi.
