An excellent service and professional management This hotel, located in the center of Pattaya is extremely well managed. The general manager Alex gives his personal touch to all his guests and is very in for details. Certainly a great value for money and one of my favorite hotels to stay. Good Hotel in the center of Pattaya but should have car to go there. The staffs are friendly. Room is also clean. There're only 2 lifts but it' not the problem. Swimming Pool is wide and clean. We havn't have breakfast, so can't review this section.

Stayed there three times the last year. Good lacation, great staff, great food and a nice atmosphere. And it keeps improving...the new Aqua bar for example. Will definitely stay there again...just left, miss it already

Stayed at this hotel with a tour group. Pros: The pool is really nice and peaceful. Each room comes with their own private balcony. Cons: Poor housekeeping.
