We'd stayed at Hiso Pattaya several days ago. The room service was awful, nothing was cleaned, no bed stuff changed during 2 weeks. Personal don't have enough English speaking skills. The breakfast was absolutely bad.

It was a knocking shop hotel for travellers. Pictures in the brochure are when the hotel was brand new. The rooms don't look like that now. Breakfast was rubbish. all of the staff are so terrible in english. it's only god who knows what I need. shower's like in 70's era.

Handily placed, clean and secure but the photos are a little misleading - hilariously so! The hotel overlooks some rather decrepit shops and workplaces. The pool adjoins the car park. There are no palm trees. working knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is useful if you want to converse with your fellow guests.

The location of the hotel is quite central. It is quite close to walking street and central to Beach road and attractions like Tiffany show, etc. Tuk tuk is the best way of getting around.
