This hotel is comfortable from the moment you walk into its air-conditioned lobby. The front desk staff greets you courteously and the lobby, although small, is nicely appointed. This place is a shamble. Not only is it far away from the action (where most hotels are based) this lacks basics. Gym equipment hardly works. Swimming pool shaded and freezing dirty waters. No on site restaurant. And the buggy which was supposed to take one to the main street only works when the bell boys feel like taking you... More

“Excellent customer services!”

Nova gold has really good customer service, they are friendly and take care of all your needs. Security is really good at night and when guest leave. The gym could be bigger but it makes due. The free shuttle helps out a lot as well. Overall it was an excellent stay at Nova Gold

“Great Hotel”

I have no complaints, the staff was great and friendly... will be back in May 2013...The only thing that poeple might have an issue with is the elevator.. it can get backed up.. but not a biggie...the prices are great and the rooms are 4-5 star levels.
