absolutely rubbish i stayed there for 1 month and could not get out of the contract without losing my money so had to stick it out, the biggest problem is the rooms have interconnecting doors which do not shut properly and have a gap around them so you can hear everything and i mean everything from the room next door... It is recommended by the travel guide from Bangkok and we are actually a little bit dissapointed with the distance to the beach, but I guess it's you get what you paid. Rooms very tacky, the walls are very thin, can here everything in the other rooms at night. Breakfasts.....don't bother. Staff....lucky if you get a smile out of them. It's nothing like what you see on there web page. I fell for that. It's not the worse place I'd stayed in, and It's not the best.

Unfriendly staff, dirty room, bad tv, poor connection, damage bathroom, overall terrible experience. I cannot recommend to anyone. Breakfast is just ok. 20-25 minute walking distance of beach. Quite far from beach.
