I stayed here with a group of friends during the Songkran period and we were blown away. Although we had difficulty finding the hotel in the first place, everything was perfect after that. The rooms were clean and better than what we expected. The design was very authentic and has a very rustic feeling to it. Because there were around... More

The best stay we had in Thailand. The rooms are delightful, built in the local "Lanna" style, but with modern conveniences tastefully incorporated. The staff were also a delight & we enjoyed the music & dance that was performed poolside each evening. The hotel is in the perfect position as it's an easy walk one way to the "old city"... More

This hotel is well located for the old town and night market. It has lots of trees and is nicely designed in the Lanna style, it feels a real haven from the city bustle. Pool a bit on the small side if you're keen on swimming. Food was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did two excellent tours -... More

The staff are friendly and location is not too bad. The hotel has a nice authentic design with lovely room size and balcony to complement. The staff has upgraded me to a deluxe which i appreciated. However, I'm not sure if that actually turned out a good thing or not. On my last evening, I found out that they built... More

Enjoyed four nights at this terrific hotel. Clean Thai traditional room (mattress on the floor) with direct and immediate access to lovely pool, and courtyard where full breakfast is served. We loved it. Quiet, restful along with evening demonstrations of beautiful Thai dance. Staff was kind and helpful. Handy to sites and shopping. Be sure to have tea at Siam... More

We were four girls traveling around Thailand and wanted somewhere nice to stay in Chiang Mai. We were not disappointed. The BanThai Village was the perfect little oasis in the centre of town. A great location with easy walking distance to the night market and some great restaurants! The staff were amazingly friendly and couldnt do enough to help! The... More

We selected this hotel based on the great Trip Advisor reviews and weren't disappointed. It is located down a little back alley that doesn't look much from the outside but is a lush and green charming oasis inside. The grounds and buildings are quite beautiful with two pools and plenty of chairs and lounges sit around and relax. There was... More

Tucked away down a side street, but quite a convenient location, just 10 minutes walk from the Night Market. Rooms are spread around 2 attractive but separate courtyards, each with a small pool. The larger courtyard is where you take breakfast, unless you want it in your room. On the minus side I'd mention very firm beds, slippery polished concrete... More
